I ahve used this program for the past three years in my 7th grade science class. My students become food experts and set goals for their own heatlthy choice lifestyle. I also cook in my class to introduce my students to new food choices. Usually vegetables they haven't tried and healthy snack ideas. Exercise Your Options is a great program.

It's a great set of information that's easy to read. Their packets are great for parents and students.
