Milk Advisory Board and may be appropriate for your clients.

Cheese:
Good Tasting, Good for You features basic cheese information
and simple recipe ideas for three of the most popular cheese
varieties - Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Mozzarella. Available
in Tagalog, Vietnamese, and English.

Better Health with Calcium provides basic information
about the benefits of dietary calcium. Available in Korean, Tagalog, Vietnamese and Spanish.
The Shape of Good Eating presents the USDA's food guide
pyramid in Asian languages and incorporates familiar Asian
foodstuffs. Available in Vietnamese
only.
Understanding Lactose Intolerance addresses the problems
and misconceptions many Asians have about eating and digesting
dairy products. Available in Korean, Tagalog, and
Vietnamese.
