We suggest that you request the number of booklets that you need for a six-month period.

Who is eligible to order free booklets?

Free nutrition education booklets are available to all health professionals and workplace wellness coordinators in California, regardless of the income levels of your clients. Health professionals and workplace wellness coordinators residing outside California may order materials at a reasonable cost. Check this page for pricing and ordering information.

Who pays for these free booklets for California health professionals?

We are funded by California’s dairy producers and processors. We serve as the dairy industry’s contribution to community health, providing balanced nutrition programs and resources that improve eating habits.

I have used your booklets in the past. Can I order more?

Yes! You can order online or contact us by phone or email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order should arrive in two to four weeks. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us.

Can I request a person in your organization to come and speak for my clients/audiences?

Due to our limited number of staff, we are usually unable to provide guest speakers. However, our staff will be able to support you with materials, information and speaker referrals for your presentation.
