Values for chocolate 1% milk and magnesium were obtained from USDA National Nutrient
Database for Standard Reference, www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/.
The sugars listed on the Nutrition Facts label include naturally occurring sugars
(like those in fruit and milk) as well as those added to a food or drink.
% RDA = percent of Recommended Daily Allowance met by consuming the specified serving
of food. Values are based on the highest RDA for males and females (not including
pregnant and lactating women), ages 4 - 50.
g = grams
mg = milligrams
mcg = micrograms
RE = Retinol Equivalents
dash (-) indicates that food contibutes virtually nothing to the
RDA for that nutrient.
