This newly revised version of the Personal Nutrition Planner incorporates the recommendations in the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and USDA MyPyramid.
 
This tool is intended for people 19 years of age or older. If you are under 19, ask your health care provider for age-specific nutrition recommendations.
