About This Tool

The Women’s Fitness Planner is designed to provide individualized feedback unique to the user’s situation. The program takes into account each woman’s unique:

  • Activity level

  • Willingness to change current habits

  • Perceived benefits to exercise

  • Personal barriers to exercise

The suggestions are different for all of these variables. The user gets responses that are more motivating since they are personalized and relevant to their real life situation. The program is designed using Dairy Council of California’s Individualized Learning Model.
